About Us
Doggy Deli Direct and Kitty Café provides high quality dog and cat food, mealtime treats and other quality natural pet care products.
We believe that quality ingredients are necessary to produce quality pet food and that a mixed and varied diet promotes animal health and well being. All our products are produced by reputable manufacturers in both New Zealand and Australia.
Freight charges
All orders over $30 are delivered freight free anywhere within mainland New Zealand. Orders under $30 incur a small ($3) freight charge. Please note: a $4 rural delivery surcharge applies to all orders where applicable.
Shipping
We ship orders twice a week on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Orders are shipped once payment is received. If your order is paid for on Thursday afternoon through till Monday night, it will be shipped Tuesday. Orders paid for from Tuesday through to Thursday will be shipped on Thursday.
Returns & Refunds
We pride ourselves on providing quality products. If there are any problems with your purchase you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a complete refund or exchange.
